You & Your Role Up Close

  • Assisting the Head Chef in planning, preparing and cooking.
  • Being the deputy in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Assisting your Head Chef in the planning and creation of menus with seasonality and cost in mind.
  • Monitoring stock levels and stock rotation.
  • Negotiating the best quality and price with our preferred suppliers.
  • Making sure that you and your team mates meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and high hygiene standards set by GEC and Navitas.
