You and your role...

  • Assisting with food prep, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients under the direction of your Sous/Head Chef.
  • Making sure all kitchen surfaces and utensils are regularly cleaned so they’re ready to use.
  • Following all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental guidelines as set out by both ourselves and Navitas.
  • Working alongside the front of house team when needed.
  • Keeping food and storage areas organised and checking stock levels and rotation.
