You & Your Role

  • Working closely with your Operations Manager to deliver a seamless service to your client – from financials to regular reviews.
  • Getting the best from your team with excellent customer service and a front of house team to be proud of.
  • Managing and delegating your teams effectively with clear direction and guidance.
  • Highlighting training and playing an active role in development programmes for your team.
  • Keeping up to date HR records, holiday and absence info for your team.
  • Keeping accurate financial and stock information on a weekly or monthly basis, ready for month end filing.
  • Making sure all financial targets are achieved and maintained.
  • Keeping a high level of Health & Safety and cleanliness through cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance and risk assessments.
