About the Role
Based with a prestigious consultancy in Central London, you will be responsible for the day to day running and management of a staff café/restaurant service, driving sales, controlling costs, and managing and motivating a small team.
The role will be very hands on - you will be expected to personally assist in the provision of front of house services, and help to create and maintain a fantastic environment for guests to come and enjoy their food, drink and working environment.
It is key that you love what you do, and that this visibly translates into your everyday approach to work.
Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive "can do attitude", you will be an exceptionally well-organized individual, with a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will have a confident and sociable personality, and be able to develop strong rapport with customers, clients, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have had some management experience, either in restaurants / hotels or contract catering corporate B & I sites. This could be a great role for an Assistant Manager looking for the next step on in their career. You will need to be passionate about food and high quality service and be able to interpret customer’s needs.
