Head Chef

About the Role

You will:

  • Oversee all sections of the kitchen, and be responsible for delivering a fully fresh menu daily

  • Ensure that food is prepared and presented to high standards of quality, while always meeting GP targets

  • Enjoy a significant degree of creative freedom in menu planning

  • Ensure that standards, service and health and safety practices are maintained at all times

  • Support and develop your team

  • Good basic understanding of menu costing and delivering Gross Profit Targets

The ideal candidate will have experience, either in restaurants, hotels or contract catering corporate B&I sites. This could be a great role for an exceptional Sous Chef looking for a step up or a more seasoned Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge.
